Churches focus isn’t to profit like corporations. A corporation’s sole purpose is to make money, as a result they are taxed. Churches exist to promote and maintain religious belief. This puts them into a different category than corporations. We don’t tax organizations that are designed to promote culture, science, and education.
There are plenty of affordable after school programs out there. Some are even free.
My daughter and tons of other teens have experimented with alcohol as well. They get older kids to get it for them and they will do the same thing with pot.
I see people every day whose lives are broken from drugs. I just recently found my 16 year old daughter with pot. More access to weed, a gateway drug, is not the answer to keep people from getting addicted.
I agree with you and think we shouldn’t end all animal drug testing. But I also think that labs should be more strictly regulated in terms of how and why they are testing on animals. Currently, no experiment is illegal, no matter how cruel, irrelevant to human health, redundant, or painful it may be.
