The child’s rights outweigh the father’s rights. While the father was able to choose whether or not to have sex (protected or unprotected), the child was not able to choose whether or not to be born. Also, the father is better able to bear the burden of having his rights deprived than the child is.
Pure nudity is not enough to make a piece of art inappropriate for someone under 18. It’s the human body and it is a way of expression. I would agree with your argument if it were pieces of art that contained acts of sex.
I think it’s actually generally a fair system that gets the rewards correctly in the employer-employee relationship, somewhat like commissions in sales.
I think also the older you get, the better decisions you can make. You aren’t as influenced by peer pressure and trying to be cool.
The rules are the rules and the teams have to play by them. Whichever team ends up being the most discipline is going to win, but the rules are not going to change.
