Allowing them more freedom during the debate gives us more insight to their personalities. I don't want to elect a president who is a pushover when it comes to argument.

"People are looking for him. He's got to play smart, and he can't afford to do anything there. They're going to call him. He's brought that on himself, and he's got to realize that." -Eli

Presidential candidates have their own doctors who will diagnose them however the candidate wants. Hilary is known to be relatively unhealthy. She has to take blood thinners because she gets blood clots. Donald Trumps doctor said he would be "the healthiest president ever." Even once they release their medical histories we won't know anything that they don't want out there.

Leadership, discipline, drive, teamwork, hard work, and many other great life lessons are learned through sports.

Other religions believe in modesty as well. Take Jewish Orthodox women for example. Can people wear conservative swimwear if they aren't Muslim? Doesn't seem right.

These people should be competing in the Special Olympics, if you ask me.

Sports are a physical activity, not a mental one. How an athlete feels about their body is irrelevant.

We could eventually have a viable 3rd party candidate for president, but that sort of thing needs to start from the ground up. We would need to install way more 3rd party politicians into smaller government roles and build the party's reputation from there. You've got to build a foundation before you can build a house.

This person ran into a police car because he was playing the game while driving. Talk about bad luck.

Had the FBI released this information while she was Secretary of State, her credentials would have been stripped and Obama would have asked her to step down. Then she would have had a very difficult time running for President.

He clearly states it was just to attract attention. Obviously nobody needs an AR-15... "I think the “need” framing of the piece — from the headline to its repetition as a trope in the article — is pretty clear: it’s designed to hook into the common “but nobody needs an AR-15” refrain, and attract attention. It’s a rhetorical device, and I used scare quotes pretty liberally around the word “need” for that reason. The actual intent of the piece is spelled out in fourth and fifth paragraphs — my agenda is to move the debate beyond ethnic stereotypes (i.e. ignorant rednecks) and penis size (I can’t believe this is still a thing, but see the latest from Samantha Bee) by educating people about the appeal that the AR platform has to ordinary Americans. Most people have gotten this, but a few like yourself have missed it, and that’s probably my fault — I maybe should’ve spent more time massaging the opener."

"The US Government recognizes esports players as professional athletes, at least where the granting of visas is concerned."

If you aren't capable of winning a fight you might end up getting hurt much worse than you are already hurting.

The TSA does the best with what they are given. They have also definitely stopped terrorist attacks both directly and indirectly. You just don't hear about them because they are kept secret from the public.

Anheuser-Busch never ceases to amaze me with it's marketing. Definitely some of the best commercials I have ever seen.

While I agree that Ryan will most likely run for president in the future, I think that his stance against Trump is because of his moral disagreements with the Donald. Ryan seems like a pretty stand-up guy.

You overestimate the NFL's conscience. Countless players have done far worse things than Manziel and are still in the NFL. Some team will pick him up. He's a good player and so many teams need quarterbacks.

Magic Johnson was a better overall player than Kobe. He lifted the entire team. Kobe was the better shooter, but if you look at the overall effect of what a player has on their teammates, Magic was far above Kobe.

In most civil forfeiture cases, the person is carrying tens of thousands of dollars in cash. I don't blame the cops for thinking that the money is going towards something illegal. There is no reason to have that much cash on you unless you are leaving a casino.

The bill doesn’t target the LGBTQ community, it targets imposters. It ensures that sexual predators don’t have the ability to go into any bathroom they want.

There's no way that you aren't using government services (directly or indirectly) in any country. Think about it, In order to get rich you probably have a company with employees, right? Well, without government services, how do those people get an education or get to work everyday? What do those employees do when they get sick if there's no public healthcare?

Not sure where you go/went to school @Cookie32 ... When I was in college, hating pumpkin-spice lattes was declared sexist because girls generally like pumpkin-spice lattes and saying that you don't like them is like saying you think girls' opinions don't matter.

My grandmother was told she was going to die. She was sent to a hospice and pumped with meds so she wouldn’t feel any pain. That was two years ago. She has left the hospice and is still kicking. Doctors can be wrong and innocent people could choose to die rather than keep fighting. Never give up!

Consoles run games at 30 fps for the most part. For me that is unplayable. Personally, I need at least 60. PC gamers also get Steam. Steam does sales multiple times a year where games are like 80% off. So even if you pay a bit more for the computer than you would have a console, you can make up for it in the long run with cheaper games.

They have to do that in training as well. There are strong girls out there.

There are only so many jobs that require a college education. If you make it free, everyone will have one and that's completely unnecessary.

Universities usually handle these incidences pretty well too. They reprimand the fraternities and sororities who get in trouble, often kicking guilty chapters off campus. There is no reason to take the privilege away from the ones who do it right. If the chess club gets in trouble for something, the debate club shouldn’t be responsible.

A more socialist economy is not the answer. Socialism leads people to be lazy, and doesn't punish the lazy, whereas Capitalism emphasizes hard work, and rewards it. Capitalism stimulates more growth in the economy, not Socialism.

It is fraud. Homeopathic medicines have been proven to be no better than placebos.

November 24, 2016 17:10:28

Homeopathic medicines should not get their own sections in stores nor should they be mixed in with FDA approved medicines. They don’t work. It’s fraud. The reason they don’t get FDA approval is because they don’t work. Get them out of stores entirely!

I have food at my house and don’t need a 70’ screen because I don’t have to sit 70’ from the screen! There is nothing better than the comfort of your own home.

It is important to remember that movie-going audiences are becoming smaller because of DVD, streaming, and torrenting. The point of a trailer is to get you to go see the movie in theaters. If they got you that far, they don’t care if the trailer gave some story line away. They’ve made their money.
